Shipping Policy
At Rifara Style, every piece is thoughtfully made-to-order and finished with care. Please review our shipping details below to understand our dispatch timelines, delivery process, and support guidelines.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Each Rifara Style piece is thoughtfully made after the order is confirmed. Our standard dispatch timeline is 15–20 working days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In the rare event of an unexpected delay, we will keep you informed in advance.
Customization Orders
Customization is available on selected products. Customized orders may require additional time based on the nature of the request. Any extra charges and revised timelines will be confirmed before processing. Please note that once a customized order is confirmed, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Order Confirmation & Contact Accuracy
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the relevant details. We kindly request you to review your shipping address, contact number, and order details carefully at the time of purchase.
Rifara Style will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping Within India
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and will be shown at checkout or communicated during order confirmation. Estimated delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service availability.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination country, parcel weight, and selected courier service.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Any such charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer as per the regulations of the destination country.
Rifara Style will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import procedures, or local delivery regulations.
Tracking Details
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, based on the contact information provided at the time of order. We kindly request customers to track their shipment and ensure availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Address, Delivery Attempts & Reshipping
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will be happy to arrange reshipping. Any additional reshipping charges shall be borne by the customer. To help us ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request you to provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a reachable contact number.
Damaged Package on Arrival
If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the order and contact us immediately with photos or videos of the package. Once the order is accepted, please record an unboxing video before opening it. This helps us review any genuine concerns related to missing or damaged items.
Unforeseen Delivery Delays
Rifara Style shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, transport disruptions, customs clearance delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. However, we will always do our best to assist you and coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.
